Carola Mamberto, Documentary Filmmaker

I'm a documentary filmmaker associated with the U.C. Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism. I recently contacted Campus Copy because I needed to print some press kits and postcards for my film ahead of an important Emmy Awards ceremony.

From the very beginning, the staff of Campus Copy was incredibly friendly and helpful. I visited the store to ask for information, and the staff went beyond their way to show me all the different options. Most importantly--and it's such a rare thing these days!--they never made me feel rushed. We agreed I would come back the next day with all the appropriate art.

Unfortunately I didn't finish my press kit that night. When I went back to Campus Copy, it was a Friday morning and I needed everything to be ready by that same afternoon! I was convinced the staff wouldn't be able to help me, but I was wrong! Again, everybody went beyond their way to make sure I had everything I needed by 3pm that afternoon. I could tell the staff really cared about my project. The test prints looked fabulous. Not only was I incredibly impressed with the service--but the quality of the prints was also outstanding.

I'm not going to name staff members because I feel they were equally helpful, super-friendly and efficient. You should be proud to have such an amazing team running Campus Copy!
