Get Started

Working with us for the first time?

Need help figuring out that printing, copying or design project?

There are many things to consider when planning a printed piece. We suggest that you review the information in our helpful guides "Design Tips" and "Ask the Printer".

Steps for Starting a New Print Project:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department at 510.594.7746 and we'll link you to a Customer Service Representative based on your project.

  2. Complete the Requisition Form and fax or e-mail it back to us.

  3. If you have them, provide: 

  • Electronic files either on disk, zip disk, or ftp*

  • Hard copy proofs of the files that will make up the publication

  • Photographs/graphics, sized and cropped, or scanned

*Make sure you have made a backup copy of your files

It's that easy. It's OK if you don't have item #3, or are not sure what to do. Just give us a call and we will help out! Once we have all three items we will give you an estimate!

Send a Requisition

If all of the elements are ready, please complete a Requisition Form, below, and send it in. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch.
