Partner Advantages

At UC Printing we are able to offer significant discounts and no-hassle projects because we are your UC partner. Consider:

  • No Bid Process. At the University of California, it is required to get at least 3 bids for certain projects that go over a set dollar amount. At UC Printing, since we are your partner and part of the UC Family, it is not ever necessary to get a formal bid.

  • No Sales Tax. We can't think of too many places where you don't have to pay sales tax, but at UC Printing we never charge it. That's because we are only open to the UCs and other government and educational entities. That's at least an 8.75 percent savings on your project, right off the top.

  • Custom, Creative Solutions. Each new customer is immediately assigned a Customer Service Representative who will work with you exclusively on your project.

  • Free Delivery. We deliver free on the Cal campus and to Office of the President and can work out a great deal for other UCs and other customers.

  • On Campus, On Call. Our Customer Service Representatives and delivery team are on the Cal campus and able to come by every business day.

General inquiries can be directed to our main office number which is answered during regular business hours, M-F, 9-5. At this point, we will determine exactly what your needs are and set you up with a personal Customer Service Representative who can come to your office, review your project over the phone or communicate via e-mail.

E-mails are answered within 4 hours during regular business hours. Please explain your project, your budget and attach any files or ideas you might have. A Customer Service Representative will be in touch to go over your project and offer suggestions, pricing and strategies.
